Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors during weekend shifts.
- Manage incoming inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide accurate information.
- Assist in processing transactions, inventory management, and data entry with high precision.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless workflow and operational continuity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor and report on daily operational metrics and performance indicators.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required by the Shift Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable, punctual, and a self-starter with a positive attitude.
