Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries and sales transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure the sales floor is clean and presentable.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, handling transactions with efficiency.
- Collaborate with the management team to meet daily and weekly sales targets.
- Ensure store security procedures are followed, including closing duties and locking up.
- Maintain a high level of customer service standards during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with retail software is a plus.
