Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to shoppers and visitors in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Monitor and enforce safety standards to create a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding uniforms, attendance, and conduct.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically available for Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented setting.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile devices or POS systems.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not mandatory for entry-level roles).
