Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks to ensure timely distribution.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Sort, pack, and label merchandise accurately for storage or shipment.
- Assist in inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies immediately.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movement.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver's license (optional, depending on role).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
