- Store Operations: Maintain store cleanliness and organization, ensuring merchandise is displayed attractively and accurately.
- Transactions: Process sales transactions efficiently at the register, handling cash, credit, and digital payments accurately.
- Stock Management: Receive, unpack, and stock inventory, ensuring all products are properly labeled and accessible.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
- Problem Solving: Address customer concerns or issues promptly and escalate to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift boxes up to 25 lbs, and move around the sales floor.
- Basic Math: Comfortable handling cash transactions and basic math calculations.
