About the Role:
As a Weekend Customer Service Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-tier support during peak weekend hours. You will manage inbound communications, resolve inquiries efficiently, and contribute to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details.
- Document all customer interactions and resolve issues within established service level agreements.
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize weekend workflow and processes.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to meet team targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
