What You Will Do:
As a Weekend Associate, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
Responsibilities
- Greet and Assist Customers: Provide a welcoming atmosphere and assist shoppers in finding products efficiently.
- Stock and Organize: Maintain accurate inventory levels by stocking shelves and ensuring products are neatly arranged.
- Operate POS: Process sales transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle returns or exchanges.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Customer Support: Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, hours, and store policies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow staff members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and reliability for previous employers.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
