Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Assist with cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners, as required by certification.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all packaging meets company quality standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in the designated zones.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is preferred but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a recurring basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive motions.
- Reliability: A strong track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the USA and provide valid ID.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
