Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders, maintaining a safe work environment, and collaborating with the team to meet our daily goals.
Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment with high accuracy.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor clean, organized, and safe for all employees.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and orders.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation to the workplace.
