Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 99% on-time delivery.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and handle peak season rushes.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
