Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse facility safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety protocols.
- Sort, organize, and stock inventory to ensure accurate product placement.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of the workspace to maintain a professional environment.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding quality control and loss prevention.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the Indianapolis location.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
