Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, stock, pick, pack, and ship products while maintaining accurate records.
- Load & Unload Operations: Assist in loading and unloading trucks in a timely manner to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations to maintain a secure environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for early shifts.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, stand for extended periods, and walk on various surfaces.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in inventory and shipping tasks.
