Your Role:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in our supply chain operations. You will be responsible for ensuring our inventory is managed efficiently and customer orders are fulfilled accurately.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with precision and adherence to safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure optimal workflow.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse tasks.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily and weekly productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
