Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and process inbound and outbound merchandise efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize handheld scanners and WMS (Warehouse Management System) to track inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hire).
- Assist in organizing storage areas and managing stock rotation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods (up to 8-10 hours).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Milwaukee facility.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with availability for occasional overtime.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
