Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload products from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare items for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks and ensure stock accuracy in the warehouse.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to management immediately.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine safety checks on warehouse equipment and report any malfunctions.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be available for weekends (Friday - Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and safety in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions from supervisors.
- Work Ethic: Motivated to learn new tasks and willing to work as part of a team.
