Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers efficiently and safely using appropriate equipment.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory to ensure 100% accuracy in our database.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required by training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist with stock replenishment, cycle counts, and order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work in varying temperatures and environments (warehouse climate controlled).
- Reliable transportation to the Portland facility.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as business needs dictate.
