Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse and to and from shipping lanes.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming shipments for damages and ensure accurate documentation.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Perform general cleaning and organization duties to maintain a tidy workspace.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
