Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload freight from delivery trucks using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and proper stock placement.
- Stock Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by arranging stock and removing debris.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks to move materials (training provided).
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipping according to customer specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to arrive on time for every shift.
- Communication: Basic English skills for understanding instructions and safety briefings.
- Background Check: Must be willing to pass a background check and drug screening.
