Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort, organize, and stage inventory products on pallets or shelves according to company guidelines.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards before shipment.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory accurately.
- Assist in the preparation of shipments for local and regional distribution.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime as required.
