Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages accurately and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Verify inventory counts against shipping manifests and ensure proper documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and inventory levels.
- Assist in the packing and preparation of orders for delivery.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Perform routine equipment checks and report any maintenance issues immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8-10 hour shifts) on concrete floors.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and teamwork.
