Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.
- Inventory Management: Accurately scan, track, and verify inventory using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick items from the warehouse floor and package them securely for shipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure all shipping labels and documentation are correct.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Weekend Availability: Support weekend operations as required to meet high-volume shipping demands.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in fast-paced settings.
- Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Equipment: Basic computer skills and willingness to learn warehouse management software.
