Responsibilities
- Manage inventory receiving, sorting, and storage with 99.8% accuracy
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for weekend loading/unloading operations
- Maintain detailed digital and physical inventory records
- Implement safety protocols and conduct equipment inspections
- Optimize warehouse layout for weekend workflow efficiency
- Train new associates on weekend procedures and equipment
- Resolve operational challenges during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- 2+ years warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently
