Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers in locating products and answer questions regarding merchandise and services.
- Restock shelves and merchandise displays to maintain a neat and organized store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Assist with store cleanup, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing the sales floor.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or damages to the store manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is required.
