Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent service.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Process cash and credit transactions and reconcile daily reports.
- Ensure the sales floor meets safety and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer and math skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
