Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers with inquiries and product locations.
- Perform daily inventory counts, stock replenishment, and merchandise display organization.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle transactions efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure store operations run smoothly during peak weekend hours.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash balancing.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Previous retail or warehouse experience is a plus.
