Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Stock shelves and merchandise displays to ensure the sales floor is organized and visually appealing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock needs to the management team.
- Maintain a clean and safe shopping environment by adhering to all store policies and safety protocols.
- Assist in setting up promotional displays and ensuring marketing materials are current.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; no prior experience necessary.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
