Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and displays to maintain an organized and appealing sales floor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas are clean and tidy at all times.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy.
- Assist with inventory counts and replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday).
- Ability to stand, walk, and move merchandise for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and math proficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
