Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS) and handle cash or digital payments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor inventory levels and alert management when stock needs replenishment.
- Ensure all store policies and procedures are followed during every shift.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required).
- Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs with or without accommodation.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
