Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional service by greeting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Merchandising & Stocking: Maintain store appearance by organizing shelves, restocking inventory, and ensuring products are priced correctly.
- Store Operations: Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, register operations, and security protocols.
- Team Support: Collaborate with fellow employees to meet sales targets and maintain a clean, safe environment.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Support periodic inventory counts and stock replenishment activities.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with some flexibility for weekdays if needed.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift boxes up to 25 lbs, and walk the sales floor.
- Location: Must reside in Indianapolis, IN or surrounding Ohio locations.
