Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, selections, and purchases using the POS system.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in the receiving and processing of new merchandise.
- Collaborate with the team to execute visual merchandising standards and store promotions.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile daily deposits.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior retail experience necessary; we value attitude and eagerness to learn over experience.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to the New York City location.
