Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with product stocking, organization, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handling cash and credit transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily sales targets and inventory goals.
- Perform opening and closing procedures, including security checks and cash reconciliation.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (equivalent experience considered).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling.
