Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide exceptional customer service to every shopper who visits our Philadelphia location.
- Product Assistance: Help customers find products, answer questions about our merchandise, and provide recommendations.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment during weekend shifts.
- Merchandising: Restock shelves, organize displays, and ensure product availability to drive sales.
- Cashier Support: Process transactions accurately at the register and handle cash or digital payments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- No Experience Necessary: We train all new hires. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are the only requirements.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes up to 25 lbs when necessary.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
