Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean, inviting sales floor environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and handle cash transactions responsibly.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving deliveries and organizing stock rooms.
- Monitor store appearance and report any maintenance or safety issues to management.
- Engage in promotional activities and upsell products to meet sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving complaints efficiently.
Qualifications
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) with flexibility for shift changes.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
