Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude upon entering the store.
- Process transactions accurately at the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and ensure the sales floor is clean and visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform basic store maintenance duties, including trash removal and organizing the fitting rooms.
- Assist in inventory management and price markdowns as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for operating the POS system.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
