Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Assist with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store presentation standards.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, processing cash and credit transactions efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment during off-peak hours.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure the sales floor, fitting rooms, and restrooms are clean and well-maintained.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturday and Sunday.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
