Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently and accurately to process transactions.
- Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure the retail floor meets our high visual standards.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts as required.
- Handle cash, checks, and electronic payments responsibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment for all customers.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
