Responsibilities
- Assist customers with inquiries and product selections to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and ensure product displays are neat and visually appealing.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions and handle returns.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all health and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages to management promptly.
- Perform light cleaning duties, including sweeping floors and organizing storage areas.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Proficient with basic computer systems and mobile devices.
