Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and assist with product selection to ensure a premium shopping experience.
- Store Operations: Stock shelves, organize displays, and ensure all merchandise is presented attractively and accurately.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts, manage incoming deliveries, and report discrepancies to the management team.
- Point of Sale (POS): Process transactions efficiently, handle returns, and ensure all sales policies are followed.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Support fellow staff members during peak hours to meet operational goals and maintain workflow.
Qualifications
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods, walk extensively, and lift up to 30 lbs safely.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
