Responsibilities
- Execute daily inventory counts and replenishment tasks to ensure product availability and organization.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers with inquiries and locating merchandise.
- Maintain a pristine shopping environment through regular cleaning and visual merchandising standards.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle cash handling procedures responsibly.
- Assist in unloading deliveries and restocking shelves efficiently during peak hours.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and operational procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for point-of-sale operations.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
