Responsibilities
- Customer Service Excellence: Greet customers warmly, assist with inquiries, and ensure a friendly shopping atmosphere.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor at all times.
- Point of Sale: Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately to process sales and returns.
- Merchandising: Assist with restocking shelves, folding garments, and ensuring product displays are visually appealing.
- Inventory Support: Help with inventory counts and stock transfers as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and follow management instructions.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: No prior retail experience is required. We provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable attendance record.
- Age: Must be at least 16 years old.
