Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge to all shoppers.
- Assist with daily store operations, including stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining a clean sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale (POS) system.
- Support the management team during peak weekend hours to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management tasks as required.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy for operating the POS system.
