As a Weekend Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience while maintaining a high standard of store operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage store inventory, including restocking shelves and organizing displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
- Ensure the sales floor and restrooms are clean, tidy, and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to execute weekend promotions and events.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with patience and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
