Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Store Operations: Support daily inventory management, restocking shelves, and organizing the sales floor to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Transaction Handling: Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash and digital payments securely.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with weekday staff to ensure seamless store operations and share important updates.
- Adherence to Standards: Follow company guidelines regarding safety, dress code, and store cleanliness at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse groups.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and dependability in previous roles.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and comfort with using smartphones or tablets.
