Responsibilities
- Stocking & Organization: Maintain accurate inventory levels by restocking shelves and organizing merchandise throughout the store.
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with finding products to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Point of Sale: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the register, including handling various payment methods.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the sales floor and restrooms clean, tidy, and safe for all shoppers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the floor team to ensure smooth operations during peak weekend hours.
- Adherence to Policy: Follow all company policies, safety guidelines, and loss prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, specifically Saturdays and Sundays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Reliability: A consistent work history and a positive attitude are essential.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
