Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments and checking stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high retention rates.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
