Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with professionalism
- Resolve complex inquiries using CRM systems and troubleshooting protocols
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Document interactions accurately in real-time
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize customer experiences
- Adhere to strict compliance and data security standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to work weekends consistently (Sat/Sun)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Typing speed 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
