Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide accurate information regarding our products/services.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to team leads or supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a collaborative team culture.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and call scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to listen actively.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
