Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls with exceptional customer service
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and billing issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Meet performance metrics: 25+ calls/hour, 90%+ satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex escalations
- Participate in bi-weekly training sessions for product/process updates
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year call center or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with 95% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Flexible availability: Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM shifts)
