Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming and outbound customer calls with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information into CRM systems.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (30+ wpm).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
