Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls regarding products and services.
- Resolve complex customer issues with patience and empathy, ensuring first-contact resolution.
- Process returns, exchanges, and billing inquiries accurately and efficiently.
- Adhere to all call scripts, quality assurance guidelines, and compliance regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates in the internal database.
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell relevant products to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Weekend Shifts).
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Ability to multitask and navigate multiple computer windows simultaneously.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
